UFS(Unilever Food Solutions) business operates mainly in Turkey but also sellthrough distributors to Kazakhstan, North Cyprus and Azerbaijan.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Basedin Istanbul and reporting to the UFS Global Finance Director based inRotterdam. The role of UFS Finance BP Manager is to develop and drive thefinancial strategy & business performance of Unilever Food Solutionsbusiness as an integral member of the leadership teams and business partner tothe UFS Managing Director (UFS MD).

The role will be directly managing a teambased in Istanbul.

The role willinclude the responsibilities in the following areas :

  • Managing month end closing, forecasting andreporting activities of UFS.
  • Leading Finance sessions in Leadership Teams (LTs);sharing financials and related insights with UFS MD and other LT members.
  • Following up actions for financial performance. Making the right interventionsto keep on track and when necessary, redirecting resources as new risks andopportunities emerge.

  • Full P&L responsibility in driving financialperformance (including Overheads and SC Costs responsibility).
  • Full CD responsibility including management of
  • Distributor contracts, Collection performance and Overdue follow up& actions
  • TWC performance and forecasting
  • TTS Management
  • Managing Business Case and other scenario analysistogether with Marketing, BOM and Sales teams.
  • Medium and long terms Strategic Planning
  • Implementing actions for internal control compliancein TR with Risk Management Team.
  • Supporting Tax Team to ensure compliance in TR.
  • Finance business partnering mainly for UFS MD, LTmembers, Global UFS Team, UFS Marketing and Sales Teams, UFS Chefs, SupplyChain, Sales and Business Operations Teams (BOM).
  • Strategically influencing senior stakeholders todeliver the global category goals.
  • Leading talent and teams with career progressionplans in team.
  • KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject
  • Professional Finance qualification : CA, CIMA,ACCA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5-6 years relevant experience
  • Solid Talent / Very Strong Leadership Competenciesfor a Managerial Role
  • Excellent Turkish and English communication andpresentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Preferably prior experience in team managementand multi-country roles
  • Commercial and Financial acumen is a must
  • Understanding of Finance, Accounting and CustomerDevelopment
  • Effective prioritizing and can-do attitude
  • Strong analytical power and actionable insightsgeneration.
