JOB DESCRIPTION : QUALIFICATIONS
University degree from a reputable university (Engineering, Business Administration)
3-5 years relevant experience in a similar position in Healthcare Industry (FMCG experience is desired)
People management experience is required
Project management and cross-functional working experience
CRM and Business Analytics Projects Implementation experience is required
Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
Good analytical and negotiation skills
Very good command of English
The Marketing and Sales Effectiveness Manager develops, maintains and deploys innovative business reporting and analytics solutions for the company’s marketing and sales key performance measures set by commercial functions in coordination with the departments.
Lead key effectiveness initiatives for marketing and sales organization including but not limited to Resource Optimization, Sales Force Structuring & Sizing, Territory Alignment, Incentive Excellence, Market Research, Digital Strategy...
Maintain business insights reporting and analysis process with multiple data resources
Contribute into Business Planing, Forecasting, Market Insight Development (Primary & Secondary Market Research)
Establish and maintain Business Intelligence systems in order to provide a strong decision support system for marketing and sales organization
Analyze business needs and customize the systems / processes in order to respond to the changing business environment by direction giving comments and / or contributions
Manage and develop CRM System related business analytic tools (Salesforce.com)
Define the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of sales force in accordance with the company strategy and routinize KPI reporting
Lead segmentation & targeting processes.
Develop and optimize bonus systems and maintain sales team performance tracking tools
Drives continuous insights development and business process optimization for marketing and sales organization
