Position Purpose & Summary
This role is responsible for the execution of our growth agenda in Turkey with a specific focus on Animal Nutrition. In alignment with our CAN MEA strategy the Sales Representative will focus on the development of our business with Small -
Mila and aiden in poultry business . Although this is the focus, the incumbent will continue to serve, maintain and develop the business with our current customers.
Responsible for developing and executing short / medium-term sales plan. This role will deliver a moderate business / financial impact in terms of Margin as well as footprint in the market.
Principal Accountabilities 60%- Growth agenda
Aligns our value proposition to the customer needs based on segmentation and differentiation.
Works hand-in-hand with the SMT organization to meet our organic growth targets through NPSS and additives.
Continuously seeks, identifies, suggests and implements ways to grow the business and improve margin as well as ways to improve current commercial approach and practices
Work activities also include presenting and suggesting developing solutions recommendations, structuring, negotiating, and executing the sales account
Deep understanding of markets in the area.
Specific focus on Aiden , Mila and Kobe subsegments 5-9 with service offering aligned for this specific segment
Work in cooperation with KAM to follow up big accounts on Aiden , Mila and Kobe subsegments 1-4
Ownership of Cargill Sales Framework and Sales Excellence to implement

Create and develop a partner of choice relationship with our customers by creating and delivering distinctive value solutions with a link between needs, benefits and value offering (Cargill Sales Framework execution).
Support customers needs through effective collaboration of CAN MEA functions (SMT, Supply Chain, RMS, etc..).
Building, developing, and maintaining internal / external customer relationships; researching and identifying customer’s needs to propose valuable solutions.
15% - Market approach
Continuously seeks, identifies, suggests and implements ways to grow the business and improve margin in a high performing market environment.
In alignment with our CAN MEA strategy, specific focus in the development of our business with Small Mila,and Aiden poultry.
Supports the development of solutions with key developers and cross-functional teams to grow CPN market share as well as maximizing margin contribution.
Discovers new prospective customers and qualifies new sales opportunities.
5% - Business impact
Delivers a moderate / low business / financial impact in terms of Margin as well as footprint in the market.
Set up and executes a short / medium-term sales plan to support our organic growth in the region.
Responsible for the forecasting and reporting of weekly sales volumes / gross margin, monthly business development reviews.
Msc / Animal Science or other relevant education.
Min 3 Years Experience.
Demonstrated eagerness to deliver business growth in premix / nutritional solutions, NPSS and additives.
Proven understanding of local market dynamics.
Excellent communication skills in English and Turkish, both written and verbal.
