We are seeking a Legal Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Ankara Legal Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
This role directly reports to Ankara Legal Senior Manager to support related activities.
Supports that the legal risk analyses are completed by the district attorneys during conclusion of the base transceiver station leasing agreements, and follows up the foregoing.
Assigns district attorney offices to provide onsite assistance to the Technical District Offices for the problems that may occur during the course of the assembly and operating works throughout the infrastructure operations.
Works to prevent all kinds of interventions to the base transceiver stations, and ensures that all the necessary legal protective actions are taken against the citizens and / or municipalities that show reaction to installation of the base transceiver stations.
Supports preparing the official warning letters and written notices when necessary or ensures that such letters and notices are prepared by the relevant persons, and responds to the received official warning letters and written notices or ensures that such letters and notices are responded by the relevant persons.
Follows up the legal operations and proceedings of the company at such institutions and organizations as the Ministry of Forestry, Turkish Radio and Television Corporation (TRT), General Directorate of Turkish Post (PTT), Competition Authority, Radio and Television Supreme Council (RTÜK), Treasury and the Ministry of Finance.
Follows up all the proceedings of the headquarters or the districts that need to be prosecuted through such judicial bodies as the Supreme Court of Appeals or State Council.
Follows up all the legal operations and proceedings that need to be prosecuted through such institutions as the Telecommunications Authority or the Competition Authority, and provides legal assistance during the follow up of these proceedings.
Follows up all kinds of regulations, laws and other legislations related to GSM and Telecommunications, and provides assistance in compliance with the corporate strategy of the company in all the relevant legal and regulatory operations.
Follows up the operations and proceedings of the District Technical and Sales Offices and that need to be prosecuted through the local administrative public institutions such as the Governor’s Office, Provincial District Governor’s Office, Security Departments, Gendarmerie, Self-
Governing Neighbourhood Offices and Municipalities, participates in the meetings and acts as the representative of the company in such meetings.
Supports to carrie out all the procedures and proceedings that are included in the job definition of the headquarters legal department on the basis of districts (excluding the Asian and European sides).
Supports to providing onsite assistance to the Technical District Offices for the problems that may occur during the course of the assembly and operating works throughout the infrastructure operations.

Graduation from Law School and holder of attorney’s license,
Willing to assume risks and manage risks effectively,
Substantial experience in his / her field,
Expertise in team management, facilitation, coaching and provision of feedback,
Effective communication skills,
2 years experience in telecommunications industry
