We are seeking an Integration Operations Expert with the will and ambition towork in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading DigitalTransformation in Turkey, reporting to Integration Operations Manager ofVodafone Turkey.

  • Analyse new / upcoming technologies and to evaluate their impacts on current systems / environment
  • Provide assistance in new projects during following stages : designing, initiation, operation
  • Quality assurance of new and existing Order Releted and Integration Related Services
  • Assurance of predefined KPIs.
  • Following up on reported defects within predefined SLA; making sure it is solved within predefined SLA
  • Running analytical troubleshooting techniques on the systems / modules that malfunctioned
  • Periodic monitoring and performance tuning of the systems
  • Create necessary alarms for new projects
  • Responsible for configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting and monitoring any issues for Order Management (OSM), Tibco sytems and Installation and configuration of Weblogic, Websphere and Load Balancer.
  • Provide the acceptance of changes to products / services from suppliers / partners via defined acceptance criteria.
  • Performance management to ensure platform, hardware, application and content meets the specified end to end availability & performance levels.
  • Ownership of capacity planning to secure availability and performance of the platforms against forecasted growth and demand.
  • Ownership of the product / service functionality to ensure it meets operational needs for performance management and reporting.
  • Ensure that, business processes to support and manage the service are developed, rolled out are not impacted adversely by any changes to the product / service
  • Introduce Best Practice Policies and Guidelines relating to products, licensing and support.
  • Work with business users or Service owners and manage processes to solve and minimize system / service issues and remove recurring problems and irritants via improvement programs and incremental change.
  • Ensuring processes are in place and adequate around vendor and partner support agreements
  • Ensure that, the partners keep relevant documentation and procedure manuals up to date.
  • Responsible for managing the progress and delivery of approved SR’s(Service Request's).
  • Single point control for all Service / product Configurations & Service Changes.
  • Raising and approving change request delivery.
  • Management of SLA performance.
  • Provide single point of accountability for the delivery of product / service KPIs
  • Provide regular feedback on issues and improvements to partner and supplier managers (PRMs).
  • Accountable for improving operating costs for the product / service.
  • Ensure that VF HSE&W procedures are implemented and works carried out in compliance with local HSE regulations.
  • Ensure that work associated risks are assessed and reduced so far as is reasonably practicable
  • Comply with VFTR’s information security policy, standards and procedures, available under Intranet / Corporate Security Library,
  • Report all suspected security and / or policy breaches, potential security risks to VF TR Corporate Security,
  • Protect VF TR’s information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference,
  • Protect user accounts and associated passwords , and accept accountability for any actions performed via usage of those accounts.
  • Ensure that VFTR BCM policy / standard ,procedures ,plans implemented and works carried out in compliance with BS 25999 -2 : 2007 Standard
  • Ensure that BCM risks are assessed and mitigated so far as is reasonably practicable in VFTR Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)

  • Ensure VTR BCMS by planning, establishing, embedding, implementing, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving within VFTR
  • Minumum 5 years experience in Websphere -Weblogic Administration.
  • Other application server installation and administration (like Apache, Tomcat, ,Jboss, IIS)
  • Minumum 5 years experience in Unix platforms
  • Minumum 5 years experience in advanced level scripting like shell, perl, tcl.
  • Minumum 5 years experience in Java programming and tuning, develop applications in Java.
  • Minumum 2 years experience in Oracle base level administration and SQL usage.
  • Base knowledge of networking (TCP / IP, routing, etc.) , Load Balancer management and performance monitoring tool management preferred.
  • Experience on OSM is a plus
  • Experience on Tibco is a plus
