Position Purpose After the sale of the goods, the incumbent is responsible for all the procedures from planning of the production coordinated with the factory, loading, shipment to the customer, arranging the export, until the delivery to the customer.
The incumbent is responsible for the performance of the operations that are under his / her responsibility and additional responsibilities on time and in compliance with the legislations / local laws and rules / ethics of Cargill.
Principal Accountabilities 50% After the sale of the goods under his / her responsibility, carry on the whole process from the delivery of the product from Cargill plant to the customer
Organize the information flow with the buyer of the product, shipping agent, land transportation agent, customers, banks, ports, customs, customs broker, service provider firms and inspection companies.
Be responsible for following- up on the sales contracts, issuing the orders , verifying the collection is made from the customers.
Issue the documents for the product which will be exported and arranges the transportation organization.
Control the draft export declaration issued by the customs broker and if needed, asking correction before the declaration is registered to the customs
Follow export regulation changes and taking actions according to these changes.
Prepares and provides the necessary monthly & weekly reports in his / her area of responsibility
30% Coordinating the customer orders fulfilled ensuring the customer expectations and production capability
After the sale is made, follow up on the customer orders in a customer oriented way and capable of providing the needs of the customer.
Should be a bridge between the customer, sales and production planning.
Should follow the factory production or the stocks and arrange the orders accordingly.
Collect and consolidate the customer requests before the plant closure dates and notify the production planning.
5% Control the invoices received from the service providers (eg : customs broker, shipping agents, transporter companies, warehouses, etc) and handling the invoices to accounting dept on time 5% Follow up and organize the customer orders, complaints and requests focusing on the company objectives and customer satisfaction
Bachelor degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade or Logistics
Min 5 years of experience in export processes
Have knowledge in road, ocean, air and rail logistics operations and legislation
Having IPR knowledge and implementation
Preferably having experience in Middle East, Africa and Iran
Having strong communication skills
