Your tasks

  • Performs recruitment, selection and replacement system for DB Schenker Arkas, works in coordination with the managers for related issues and processesBeing the first contact point between the company and the subcontractorsFollowing on a daily basis legal matters about the leased staff in coordination with agenciesControlling monthly payroll processes for the subcontractor / agency employeesBeing responsible for all HR activities and employee relations for related accountsProvides counsel, support, planning and problem solving to managers and employees on human resources issuesDelivers organizational effectiveness activities across the business to improve in-house performance
  • Performs all functions of Human Resources for employees of DB Schenker Arkas in an advisory capacity.Reports and follows for all the result of work and transmits the results to related department
  • Requirements

  • Graduated from reputable Universities, preferably majored in Labor Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Sociel Sciences or closely related fieldExcellent command of EnglishMinimum 5 years of experience in HR systems and processes development.
  • Subcontractor management is a must.Analytical thinker, creative, capable of teamwork, strong communication skills, result orientedHigh level proficiency in MS Office applicationsActive Vehicle DriverNo obstacles traveling domestic and abroadMilitary service has to be completed
