IT Legal & Regulation Engagement Manager-MAS0002J7
We are seeking a Legal & Regulation Engagement Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Business Engagement Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
Acts as a strategic interface for the purpose of business-technology strategy development, solution discovery by fullfilling C level relationship management
Provide guidance throughout key initiatives, execution of initiatives to achieve objectives through the effective use of technology.
Communicate decisions, priorities and relevant project information to appropriate levels regarding major projects and initiatives.
Represents the business strategies and priorities to technology and technology vision to business.
Implement and scale up Design Thinking methodology across all company
Understands and anticipates direction of the business area(s) / unit(s)
Identifies opportunities and makes recommendations to support the assigned business area(s) / unit(s) desired future state.
Overall company rugalation / legal portfolio management and demand priotization considering overall company strategy including cross portfolios and business accounts
Organize & facilitate Monthly Business Review Meetings with CxO for delivery updates and IT project prioritization
Advises on options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impacts on end-user products and services, business processes and system priorities.
Manage ideation and scoping workshop by seting up colloboration meetings.
Assuring all business units are involved and engaged.
Guide and challenge business in ideation process aligned w / IT strategy.
Manage and prioritize idea backlog for legal and regulation business

Monthly business review reports

In-depth understanding of commercial strategy and business priorities
Ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, post graduate masters Business Administration or similar or other related field.
Five or more years of experience in demand and account management
Professional experience and knowledge of digital and Telecommunications industries strongly preferred
Being mobile for intercity travels
