Director, Order Fulfilment ME & Africa
Senior Vice President Global Order Fulfillment and dotted line to the Vice President of ME&Africa
The OF Director ME & Africa owns jointly with the BU managers of the region the Revenue number
He or she oversees all employees and activities within the OF team. The role is responsible for the accurate and timely revenue planning , tracking , forecasting and fulfillment for all of Elekta’s products along with the responsibility to deliver high client satisfaction at the completion of project delivery.
Project Delivery activities consist of but not limited to project administration, project management and site readiness as well as application training.
The Director will provide guidance, instruction, direction and leadership to the group for the purpose of achieving key result in Product Revenue, Employee Loyalty and Customer Loyalty.
The role will be a driving influence for the team, guiding them to meet quarterly and annual revenue, INI and expense targets.
They will be responsible for ensuring team members receive continuous training, education, mentoring and guidance in order to meet and exceed key performance indicators.
The position will promote the efficient use of project management techniques and tools by the department.
Accurate and timely revenue planning and revenue forecasting for all of Elekta’s product portfolio along with the responsibility to deliver high client satisfaction at the completion of project delivery
Reporting actual and forecasted revenue numbers on a weekly basis, highlight potential shortfalls and propose possible solutions to sales & management for further consideration & action
Analyzing the backlog and forecasted revenue, developing appropriate corrective action plans, as needed.
Development of and participation in setting annual revenue forecast and budgets will be required
Continue to develop and implement new methods for revenue generation and develop the project management process
Participate in the development of and accountable for the execution of the vision and strategy for OF Team
Close and continuous communication with other functions such as Finance, Sales & Service
Establish strong working relationships with Product Supply Centers
Effectively communicate with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies when called upon
Establish communication and working workflows with Distributors
Accountable for Elekta’s Customer and Employee Loyalty Culture, closed loop processes and related process improvements within the department
Provide continued mentoring and leadership to employees
Establish career paths within the Project Delivery Team
Management Duties : Mentor, advise, and conduct reviews for employees under direct management ensuring departments are staffed, trained (product and soft skills) and organized with the required skills and coverage is maintained for all departments and customers; setting KPIs for team
Establish and maintain the department’s quality measures, benchmarks and best in class practices
Develop, implement, maintain and follow Quality procedures as they pertain to company policy and changes to Project Delivery Department
Drive efficiency programs identified by self or others within Elekta
Incorporate Elekta Values into all departmental functions and responsibilities
Promote continuous improvement and be a change agent
50% travel expected
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
Being a member of the Global OF management team
Being a member of the Region ME & Africa management team
Project Management Process development, implementation and management

Managing assigned budgets
Travel authorization with respect of the budget of expenses allocated to the region
Hiring authorization with agreement with the VP and HR of the region and SVP of the function

Relevant Knowledge, skills and competencies
Clear thinker, very good communicator and proven records in planning
Industrial work experience, with focus on capital goods in an advanced industrial environment with high demands on quality and project management
Previous experience of revenue management and forecasting is desireable
Project Management experience (medical software or hardware implementation is considered an asset and is preferred)
Self motivated & flexible
Master degree (science, business administration, etc.), or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Documented Management experience and skills, preferably including cross-location (remote) management and team building in an international environment
Proven track record of demonstrating effective leadership, achieving results through others, effective change management and setting high and sound performance standards.
Strong knowledge / understanding of the Supply Chain set-up for the different Elekta products
Fluent in English and one of the local languanges of the region and preferably with other European languages with good multicultural experience and skills
Excellent team player at all levels with strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrates high ethical standards, values and sound business judgement
