Human Resources Administrative Assistant

Description :

  • The position is responsible for giving full support to the Human Resources functions in all administrative functions
  • Classifies and files all the application forms and enters into computer system
  • Organizes all appointments for recruitment interviews
  • Follows up and organizes the preparation of the social activities such as Birthday Party, Staff Party etc.
  • Conducts all, internal and external correspondences
  • Follows employment procedures
  • Responsible for selection, screening and recruitment of new trainees for internship period
  • Qualifications :

    We are looking for a well-organized and creative candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to work in a dynamic environment.

    In addition, the candidate should possess :

  • Bachelor degree (4 years of college)
  • Very good command of English (both written and verbal)
  • Minimum 2 years experience in HR Administration
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good command of Microsoft Office knowledge
