Deliver growth by building strong relationships and a successful negotiation approach
Optimize use of all selling tools to obtain the most cost effective level of distribution
Realization of sales targets including volume, revenue, numerical distribution and distribution quality
Ensure the design and execution of an effective route optimization
Prepare weekly and monthly sales and target achievement reports, take action accordingly
Effectively communicate, train and monitor representatives in sales techniques; coach and mentor them in achieving sales performance at or above expectations QUALIFICATIONS
Graduated from reputable universities’ business administration / commercial faculties
Prior internship or sales experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Turkish essential
Strong Microsoft Office Skills including Excel and PowerPoint.
Have a valid B Class driving license
No military obligation for male candidates
