Associate or Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in related job assignment
Excellent communication skills in English
Advanced level of MS Office Applications
Good communication and organizational skills
SAP knowledge is a plus in order to purchase orders, monitor budget and expenditure
You will be responsible for the coordination of the Division General Manager’s calendar of mentioned departments, and coordinate daily, weekly, monthly, yearly internal / external meetings.
You need to have strong communication skills because you will manage daily incoming and outgoing calls and organize business travels for division employees.
Asking for documents from the landlord to open a supplier
Preparing Harmony tickets for Human Resources Department
Printing of store materials (Invoice, waybill, business cards, tester stickers, pos machine papers)
Creating purchase order (PO) for agencies, trainings, travels, agreements translations and IT (All PO’s related to the brand)
Giving by hand the agreement copy and supplier documents
