Main Responsibilities :

  • Act as an HR Business Partner of Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and Industrial functions
  • HR Leader of 3 Plants located in Bolu, Hendek & Pozantı and will be 9 Plants after transformation
  • Leads the Industrial & Union Relations
  • Actively involves in Collective Bargaining strategy setting sessions and joins CBA negotiations
  • Reports directly to HR Director W / 4 direct reports
  • Design & development of HR strategies as well as implementation of company policies & procedures within the responsibility area
  • Preparation and follow up of the Headcount Plans in accordance with the Company Budget
  • Collaborates with the Plant Managers and Plant HR team for better execution and results
  • Following weekly / monthly / yearly reports and taking actions
  • Prepares, monitors and control company HR headcount and spenditure budget, and cooperates closely with Finance during budget planning & monitoring and Accounting for provisioning
  • Take active role in HR projects such as job evaluation, organizational restructuring and execute the relevant actions
  • Design, development and preparation of the HR reports
  • Provides human resources services to his / her internal clients succession planning, employee motivation, employee relations and retention
  • Coaches and counsels managers and employees for performance improvement and proactively follow the organizational structure of the internal clients and support changes / improvement plans
  • Manage and resolve complex employee issues in his / her account, partners with Legal Department and ensure compliance with Labor Law
  • Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications :

  • University degree
  • Minimum 8 years HR experience specialized in Industrial, Operations and Plants HR processes
  • Labour Relations experience is a must
  • Integration and change management skills
  • Strong business acumen, demonstrates good understanding of business and functional concepts
  • Proximity with employees
  • Proactive, result oriented and fast
  • Creative and generates new ideas
  • Good command of English
  • No obstacle for travel and good driving skills
