Responsible for building and maintaining strong professional relationships with store manager / staff, ensuring visibility, achievement of sales targets and delivery of high quality customer service.

  • Ensures Perfect Store standards (planogram execution, display agreement, product availability on shelves) in the assigned outlets (approximately 150 stores)
  • Monitor the inventory at store level for persistent product availability as well as minimized return
  • Provides sell out performance of key products and propose actions, insights
  • Handles maximized distribution within assigned outlets
  • Build & develop motivated, result oriented merchandisers’ team
  • Develop and update regularly merchandising route plans in alignment with Perfect Store Supervisor
  • Position Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree min.
  • Should have 2-3 years of Sales experience preferably in the FMCG sector
  • Demonstrated track record in delivering results
  • Fluent English is mandatory
  • You need to be legally eligible to work in the country of application.
