We are seeking an Integration Solutions Senior Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Integration Solutions Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
Analysis, specification, and validation of requirements for the assigned projects.
Strong understand the purpose and scope of the assigned projects.(High Level and Detailed Business Requirements)
Participate and review development design and code within the team.
Develop, design and implement solution. (Drawing simple flow chart, Designing database model, Designing modules (methods, functions, procedures.
Writing release notes & TLD documents)
Doing Unit tests, Solving software defects, Testing usability, scalability, performance, compatibility, reliability of software
Code review management and product defect management.
Identify solutions for issues and prioritize efforts for solving them.
Software Quality and reliability analysis.
Supporting service management department for installing or maintaining the software product as long as required
Do the maintenance and 3rd level support of the products delivered, as long as required.
Support and educate the Junior FTEs and 3rd Party resources in the team.
Working with partners to envision, define, and execute integrations of software into our customers software platform.
Follow the evolving business proactively and be prepared for the new services to be demanded on the related modules.
Research and implement new technologies to improve our time to market and service quality
Contribute creative ideas to the product development pipeline.
Spread the research results and know-how to the team.
Help collaborate on and develop comprehensive functional specifications and work estimates based on these specifications.
Assist the system &service administration team in the installation and implementation of developed or integrated software.
Support and troubleshoot applications as required, optimizing performance, resolving production problems, and providing timely status updates.
Help develop and maintain coding standards and best practices, and provide suggestions for application and process improvement.

Degree in Programming, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management.

Good understanding of the Telecommunications Business
Strong understanding of software development process
Expertise on Object Oriented analysis, design and coding.
Relational Database Modeling and Processing
Good knowledge of the following technologies : Tibco BW, Tibco EMS, Tibco Administrator, Oracle, PL / SQL, Java, Shell Scripting, XML, SOAP, JSP, EJB, J2EE, Web Services, , UML, Application Modelling Tools, Database Modelling Tools
Overall and detailed design information about the Order Management, Integration and Mediation Systems.
Experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
