Principal Responsibilities :

  • Originating new business through cold calls / business development / networking and working with other members of the Agency Team to maximise opportunities from existing client contacts
  • Creating presentation materials for potential clients
  • Working closely with other departments at C&W including Capital Markets, Valuation & Advisory, Global Occupier Solutions and Project & Development Services to maximise possible revenues through cross selling and provide a complete service to our clients
  • Implement site selection strategies and carry out site searches for occupier clients
  • Creating and execute marketing and leasing strategies for office properties
  • Carrying out lease negotiations on behalf of tenants or landlords
  • Creating and maintaining tracking reports and other reports for both internal and client distribution
  • Other job duties as needed based on transaction assignment and team structure
  • Qualifications and Skills :

    The successful individual will be a self starter able to demonstrate strong communication skills and negotiation skills.

    They will possess an ability to prioritise and meet deadlines as well as having good industry awareness. They will need to be tenacious and entrepreneurial as well as self motivated and results orientated and have the ability to build and develop relationships quickly and successfully.

    It will require the development of networks and will provide the opportunity for the right individual to generate their own revenue stream and new business with the support of the team.

  • At least 3-5 years of commercial real estate experience, preferably in office leasing and tenant representation
  • Ideal candidate will have good knowledge of the Istanbul office market and a potent and active list of prospective clients
  • Strong personal initiative and desire to succeed on an entrepreneurial team
  • Excellent planning, organization and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to function in a team-oriented setting while working independently with limited day-to-day supervision
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at one time and work in a fast paced, transaction-oriented environment
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) and relevant CRM systems
  • Bachelor s / University degree from Urban & Regional Planning, Survey Engineering, Architecture or Civil Engineering from a reputable university
  • Proficiency in English both written and spoken
  • B Class Driving license is a must
  • Completed military obligation for male candidates is a plus
  • Ability and willingness to travel and occasionally to work long hours
