Principal Objective :
Holds primary accountability for developing and implementing Online and Digital objectives, plans and programs for the Affiliate Brands.
This includes creation of Online Marketing Calendar, SEM / SEO, Digital advertising. Effectively management and maintenance of brand e-
comm sites. Ensures, coordinates and follows-up on e-commerce execution. Evaluates results and provides feedback to Online Brand manager.
Provides stronf support all Affiliate Brands in terms of Social and Digital Media management.
Accountabilities : Marketing Generalist
Manage sample inventory and online marketing offerings as it relates to samples at checkout, unique promo box offers or outside partner sampling programs.
Responsible for keeping track and updating monthly marketing calendars, sending correspondence with updates to external partners and internal team
Create reports to analyse marketing results. Run analysis of sales, traffic and conversion.
Coordination of digital marketing calendars with regional and affiliate brand teams.
Agency relationships for SEM, SEO and digital ads.
Montly AOB reporting
Provide general support to the corporate online director / manager.
Responsible for asset collection between the Online group and Marketing Dept. to coordinate new product launch information, visuals and copy transcription into web database / product management system (.NET tool).
including product launch activation dates and changes managed via .NET.
Assist with content doc creation for monthly refreshes and digital production agency.
Create and manage updates on all product launches in new product worksheet, including changes to, launch dates, product metrics, shade and product names as well suggested retail price.
Manage online gift sets, including allocation and photography
Regular Update of interactive tools (skintype tools, foundation finder etc) in line with relevant product launches
Maintain accurate store listings and local events online.
Ensure the correct implementation for tracking tags on the web site in coordination with regional engineering team and external partners
Responsible for e-comm pre-launch preparations : Translations, video content creation and testing process’.
Email Marketing Support
Provide brief to agency on objectives, look and feel and project timeline
Manage the featured email asset transfer to design firm and testing
Create all ad track links as needed for email analysis and sell thru tracking.
Set-up and track all offer codes used in-conjunction with emails and online offers. Ensure accurate data entry into .NET to manage such offers and track for usage rates.
