JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To achieve annual sales plans for sales growth and key sales objectives and manage costs, receivables and expenses within required top line and bottom line targets.
Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of body shop operations and be able to influence customers at the end user and influencer level to support achievement of strategic goals with end users, influencers, and insurance companies.
Develop and utilize an industry network to ensure all opportunities to broaden and develop business opportunities for the PPG group are maximized.
Build knowledge through active participation and learning from Regional team members and pass on skill and knowledge to new and less experienced team members.
Actively communicate market and competitor knowledge to the appropriate members of the sales programs or marketing teams so the trends opportunities and threats can be identified and quickly acted upon.
Manage all activities in compliance with PPG blueprint objectives, EHS goals, Quality, business conduct and code of ethics policies.
Ability to travel.
Business Plan Development - develop and implement a country business plan to support growth, by identifying target markets and segments, and developing related strategies.
Distribution Management - with each new and existing distribution, develop business strategy and working plan for new business growth.
Distributor Account management - manage the sales cycle by developing / sustaining positive relationships with distributor personnel and distributor end user accounts to achieve distributor plan.
Direct Accounts Management- sell, then manage the sales cycle of direct accounts.
Manage Internal Relationships - communicate all stakeholders to ensure team approach and mutual success.
Functional / Personal Development - remain up to date on product and services, and commitment to development to ensure job success and career opportunity.
Competitive Awareness - understands competition, their offerings (products and services) and develop counter programs.
Industry Awareness - identify and understand industry trends and initiatives.
Mentorship of Others - serve as a mentor with the development of team members.
Have the full knowledge of the written systems, regulations, procedures and instructions within the area of responsibility;
occupational / technical standards, methods and rules working carry out duties in this direction.
Carry out the works in a way to support of company goals and strategy.
Contribute to company targets by developing opinions and suggestions related to the field of responsibility,
Give support to the supervisor's instructions for other business processes which are similar to each other.
