  • Completing salary surveys questionaires, collecting data on labour trends and developments by BU office & plant locations and translate it into action proposals to C&B Manager.
  • Coordinating annual Year End Review cycle for employees in Turkey : verifying all the data in SHARP, ensure all mistakes are corrected, test and check calculations in Success factors, provide Success factors training for Managers, lead planned incentives verification with HRMs, preparing compensation Statements, support all line managers with their questions during whole planning process etc.
  • Performing individual non-standard salary review for all WC employees by calculating recommended new salary for new hires, promotions, lateral moves based on the appropriate guidelines and approval matrix.
  • Implementation of all the additional salary increases or one-off bonuses, payments due to different reasons (PiR adjustments, devaluation of local currency etc)
  • Supporting benefit plans : life insurance, Medical insurance, lunches etc. by collecting employees feedback on benefits program, suggest improvements, negotiations with providers, administrative support etc.
  • Performing all restructuring projects from C&B side : provide all necessary LCR / FLC calculations, severances etc. Support HRMs with necessary calculations of different scenarios etc.
  • Providing local C&B support to Global Mobility team in all international moves (expatriates, IPT localisations) and domestic relocations.
  • Participating in Job Evaluation Committee, leading JE for all Turkey based positions.ç
  • Responsible from quarterly SIP calculation and payroll implementation.
  • Actively contribute to the development of Variable Pay like Manufacturing Premium for Blue Collars
  • Preparing data requested by finance for monthly financial closure. Submitting the accruals for the required cost types, submitting the transferring amount for the projects, etc.
  • Quaterly submit re-structuring data to region and monthly report re-structuring costs to Finance department. Responsible to check and verify all data with HRM’s and provide all explanations to Region regarding variances.
  • Executing the Expatriate Services before, at the beginning and during the assignments according to the tasks defined in International Assignment Policy.
  • Conducts expatriates’ budgets, cost & benefits. Acts as the International Assignment Contact of the country.

  • Responsible for organizing annual group health, life and accident insurance processes with the broker, proposing ideal plans and finalising the contracts after the selection of annual plan.
  • Preparing Direct & Indirect Labor contracts and forecasts of total company in line with financial time table. Also prepares detailed analyses to bridge the contract to the latest forecasts and comments on variances.
  • Support CLA cost calculation.
  • Run and develop Flexible Benefits Program.
  • Provide C&B support during R&R awards process if needed
  • Support C&B manager & HRMs during butgeting process with all necessary calculations.
  • Supporting C&B Manager with all tasks or processes which relate to C&B Commercial or plant specifics
  • Qualifications

  • University Degree (preferably in business, economy)
  • Knowledge of Labour Code and Labour Market in Turkey
  • HAY Job Evaluation System (preferred)

  • Good analytical skills,
  • High emotional intelligence and Interpersonal Savvy,
  • Good communication skills,
  • Advanced experience in using PC - particularly Excel,
  • Learning on the Fly,
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure;
  • Excellent command of English (writing, reading, speaking)
  • Minimum 5 years previous experience in HR area (preferred at least 2 years in C&B) with multinational Company having mature HR function
