We are looking for a Seller Training Senior Specialist who will plan, coordinate, and deliver learning opportunities in various formats to ensure improving sellers' performance! You also need to keep up with the pace and the energy of our dynamic team and agile environment!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities. Masters degree is a plus,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with planning, creating, implementing, delivering training and / or projects in a professional environment,
  • Good communication skills on knowledge explaining technical topics to novices and collaborating with subject matter experts, global stakeholders and front-line employees.
  • Create effective contents based on deep understanding of marketplace insights and needs
  • Lead projects to continuously improve the design of seller training materials, the quality of our instruction, and effectiveness of our coaching interventions.
  • Open minded, innovative conceptual thinking ability, self-managed, able to process abstract concepts and convert to training,
  • Proactive and results oriented approach,
  • Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment,
  • Self-motivated and passionate with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills,
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English,Team management and coaching experience,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.
  • YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Present and lead conversations about projects, issues, solutions, and strategy to stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Take a data driven approach to understanding performance issues. Take action to improve the quality and effectiveness of your business.
  • Customer-driven and analytical mindset with a desire and ability to identify sellers' training needs,
  • Knowledge and / or hands-on experience with a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Manage comprehensive program plans for long term programs and drive execution of programs according to the plans.
  • Deploy metrics to track progress against program metrics and report on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly progress.
