RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review current operating model(s)
  • Identify issues with current operating model designs
  • Provide recommendations and design target state model(s)
  • Analyses current organization structures through As-Is reviews, define improvement areas and design target structure accordingly
  • Ensure that organization structures have clear right sizing for future business needs
  • Accountable for companywide job evaluation and role grading
  • Manage companywide employee experience digitalization program focusing on tools (system, processes), space (physical environment) and people (digital capabilities, new way of workings, etc.) pillars
  • Manage organizational transformation pillar for Agile Transformation journey aligned with Group strategy
  • Perform strategic workforce planning studies within FTE budget definition process
  • Conduct As-Is sourcing model assessment(s)
  • Provide recommendations towards efficient and effective sourcing structures
  • Define E2E high level business process(es) and identify process discrepancies
  • Identify process improvement areas and design target state processes that are aligned with capabilities and organizational structures
  • Act as a contact point for Vodafone Group’s organizational effectiveness initiatives and lead local transformation projects
  • Develop strong cooperation, ensure healthy stakeholder management with relevant functions and other HR Centre of Expertise
  • Work in collaboration with VF Group
  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong communication, influencing, analytical (incl. problem structuring and numeracy) and project management skills
  • Experience of operating at a strategic level across multiple processes and organization
  • Operating model design and organizational design expertise
  • Knowledge and understanding about process design principles
  • Understanding of communications industry, as well as general strategy issues and approaches
  • Understanding of Human Capital Management Framework and HR processes
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Flexible attitude towards different cultures and situations
  • Hardworking, dedicated personality and capabilities to ensure high quality delivery for projects
  • Communications industry experience
  • Process design expertise
  • Organizational transformation experience in a Global consultancy firm
  • Passionate about exceeding expectations
