WHAT YOU’LL DO
Ensure sales forecasts accuracyand the building of turnover through the piloting of the sales forecastprocess.
Manage Demand planning team forconstructing demand for Consumer Products Division for rolling 12 months’timeline
Manage the global monthly salesforecast process.
Be responsible for the catalogmanagement and contribute to its rationalization.
Build the baseline forecast andmaintain its quality.
Challenge and consolidate thepromotions and launches sales forecasts projected by the Sales and Marketingteams.
Ensure the global salesforecast consistency, through the building of a consensus between thecommercial forecasts, the financial trend and the sales history.
Enhance Business Planning -Demand Planning Collaboration and improve Commercial Forecast
Participate to the improvementof the sales forecast practices, benchmark with other countries.
Analyze Forecast Accuracy withdepth; interpret the extent to business stakes
Plan new strategies to improveForecast Accuracy results on category basis (M-1&M-3)
Contribute to the improvementof the processes and information systems related to his / her activity and be thereferent of his / her job in his / her country.
Animate and train the Supply Chaincommunity to the best practices and tools related to his / her area of expertise.
Recruit, develop and managehis / her team taking care of the transfer of expertise and of the development ofits expertise.
Implement organizational changes.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
4 years’ universitydegree
At least 7 years ofexperience in supply chain operations
Teammanagement experience preferably in demand planning
Strong analytical problem solving skills
Openminded, can effectively collaborate with internal and external expertcommunities
Good communication& Negotiation skills
Ambitious, confidentand able to take initiative
Advanced level of MSOffice Applications
Excellentcommunication skills in English
