The main purpose of this role is to define the road map for a H&S cultural change for PepsiCo Turkey Sales & Fleet & Head Office starting from identification of key risks, developing safe working practices, the key safety behavior and the scorecard for success.
Another objective is to manage resources for this initiative like budget and man-hour and implement Occupational Health & Safety and ERP standards in Turkey Fleet & Sales & Head Office, to provide necessary trainings, audits and control mechanisms such that those standards & procedures become a part of the current learning culture and turn into automatic behavior.
Qualifications / Requirements
Min 5 years health and safety experience (especially sales, fleet and warehouse)
Occupational Health & Safety Certificate - B class
Environmental knowledge or environmental specialist certificate
NEBOSH Health&Safety and Environment Certificates (as preference)
Competent risk assessor and understanding of risks associated with Transport and Logistics
Strong Management Systems knowledge (OHSAS 45001 Occupational Health & Safety, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System,)
Acquaintance with current Safety laws in action
Well spoken & written English language
Strong PC literacy skills Word, Powerpoint, Excel minimum

Strong Interpersonal Relationship management for various levels of stakeholders
Demonstrated leadership ability, in a matrix organization.
Excellent communications skills with both internal and external personnel.
Strong safety literacy and an ability to understand cultural differences is essential

Strong leadership, influencing and decision-making skills.
