1. Develop and execute the strategies for building the partnership ecosystem to expand existing Turkish seller base
2. Maintain and develop the relationships with Key Account sellers as well as SME's and help them to grow their business on AliExpress
3. "Train the trainer" : Help establishing a sustainable and scalable ecosystem which will help to grow Turkish SME's and E-Export business utilizing AliExpress University resources
4. Help to localize all online and offline marketing material, announcements, presentations as well as seller panel; organize, attend and present local events and trainings where necessary
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
2. Fluent in Turkish and English, Mandarin is plus
3. Ability to travel often both locally and internationally
4. Willingness to work in start-up mode, ability to operate highly ambigous business environment
5. Experience in E-Commerce or E-Commerce enablers such as optimization tools, fintech, etc. Preferably has E-Export and / or Export know-how.
