Job Description

  • Developing and implementing strategic sales & marketing plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives in international markets,
  • Managing customer communication; maintaining professional relationships with all customers and distributors and ensure satisfaction of consumers with all company products and services,
  • Providing effective implementation of international sales and business development activities,
  • Developing and monitoring sales & marketing budget (P&L ratio included), to work with the executive manager(s) and to develop competitive incentives for prospects and sales team,
  • Directing sales forecasting activities and to set performance goals accordingly,
  • Coordinating liaison between export sales department and production team,
  • Providing excellent guidance and leadership to team members and business development issues,
  • Reviewing and analyzing sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
  • Education and Experience :

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in technical engineering,
  • At least 10 to 15 years of successful experience in international sales & marketing leadership roles within a manufacturer company,
  • Bilingual in both English and French languages. (Excellent verbal and written communication)
  • Skills and Knowledge

  • Minimum 5 years of team management experience and at least 10 years of international sales and business development experience in international markets,
  • Strong intrapersonal skills,
  • Exceptional understanding of international sales and marketing,
  • Strong analytical, financial and problem solving skills,
  • Able to demonstrate a clear vision, global mindset and successful people & culture leadership.
