As Customer Lead , you will generate, test and challenge strategies to think beyond today and consider future trends, digital capabilities, develop trade-off decisions across a portfolio and create a culture of joint strategy ownership across the cross-functional brand / customer team.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following :

  • Responsible of GSK Digital Brands Portfolio in Marketing
  • Creation of Strategic Business Plan based on customer insights & digital brand’s learnings
  • Excellence in Business Plan execution w / customer based perspective
  • Understand customer priorities and identify the key questions to be addressed around value for the brand / therapy area / portfolio, identify and exploit the margin for influence and scope for negotiation discover insight using multiple sources to gain a deeper understanding of customer within a competitive context and apply these insights to inform and drive key marketing decisions and ensure relevance of insight over time.
  • Core : Develop & implement projects that can further improve customer experiences.
  • Monitor holistic (digital based) customer experience journey via collecting and analyzing insights & questions from HCPs
  • Raise an improvement area at least once in a quarter and create digital projects accordingly
  • Work in coordination with a cross functional team
  • Develop and execute insightful programs and activities in line with key strategies for complex and / or competitive environments, consider broader and longer term life cycle considerations.
  • Analyse ongoing market drivers and brand competitive capability, interpret information, to make robust recommendation and define relevant KPIs and tracking method.
  • Map and profile Digital External Experts and develop a plan to partner and collaborate appropriately.
  • Ensure the management of e-rep (digital rep) business model effectively to be best practice for GSK and industry
  • Material localizations in coordination with global teams
  • Complete financial forecasts for the brand or portfolio in collaboration with other departments including but limited to finance, regulatory, business development, market access, demand management & sales.
  • Manage marketing budget, build business case for projects that will deliver additional resources and returns

    Basic Qualifications :

    We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals :

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing and / or sales
  • Preferred Qualifications :

    If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Sales
  • Service / Customer oriented
  • Experience in multichannel marketing
  • Knowledge of marketing ways of working and code of promotion
  • Excellence in execution of prioritization, communication, stakeholder management and problem solving
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
