We are looking for an experienced and energetic professional to join our team as a Executive Recruiter site based in Maslak.

Human Resources Team is the strategic partner of the business at Trendyol and works closely to the business. The team builds the process and make sure analyses data to make great decisions on the competitive market place.

At the end, we are all working towards the same goal : to create an excellent experience for our customers at Trendyol.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree
  • At least 3 years’ recruitment experience in consulting sector.
  • Take ownership and drive of recruitment process with high level of attention.
  • Demonstrated creative excellence in research and prospecting.
  • Experience with online sourcing techniques.
  • Having good planning, prioritizing and organizing skills.
  • Having strong communication skills and being a good team player.
  • Have a proven hands-on attitude, be flexible and adaptable.
  • Excellent understanding of MS Excel and applicant tracking systems would be advantageous.
  • Strong analytics, with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the HR team.
  • YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Responsible from end-to-end recruitment processes within a high volume, fast paced environment.
  • Build strong working relationships with HR and Hiring Managers.
  • Responsible from pre-screening and screening activities and assess interview performance.
  • Follow up full cycle of recruitment steps such as case study, reference checks etc.
  • Update all the recruitment process on the applicant tracking system.
