Job Description

  • Maintain data-driven digital marketing ecosystem built for top clients and continuously grow the business
  • Manage user segmentation taxonomy, create standard and custom segments based on clients’ needs
  • Full stack hands-on management of data management platforms (DMPs), from data collection to data activation
  • Improve performance of digital campaigns using user centric approaches, especially on the Programmatic field
  • Actively research latest technologies and recommend best partnerships to the internal team and clients
  • Promote analytical rigor and empower data-driven decision support throughout the company
  • Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a related field; analytics, marketing, digital, data
  • Undergraduate degree in a related field; M.S. degree in a quantitative field is a plus
  • Knowledge of digital marketing technologies and web analytics tools; ad servers, DSPs, ad exchanges, SEM, Social Media, Google Analytics, digital pixel tracking, site tagging, mobile analytics tools
  • Expertise with user segmentation with online data, hands on management and implementation experience with DMPs; experience with other user-
  • segmentation methodologies such as CRM is a plus

  • Knowledge of Python / R and SQL; experience with big data systems is a plus
  • Knowledge of advanced concepts such as cross-device tracking technologies, lookalike modeling, CRM onboarding is a plus
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership ability with strong client relationship skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Project management skills in both collaborative and independent work environments
  • Being comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, and able to adapt quickly to changing requirements and ambiguity
