About the role
Marketing Manager develops and implements a marketing strategy for product positioning, market penetration, and pricing that will improve the organization’s competitive position and is consistent with the organization’s overall mission, vision, and objectives.
Develop and execute marketing strategies both for Food Manufacturer & Gourmet channels with comprehensive Digital and Trade Marketing plans and well-prepared Trade Selling Stories.
Translates global brand strategies / product innovations / new product launches into local initiatives and actions by creating and executing the annual trade action plan consisting of technical and marketing activities,
Leads the internal collaboration between Sales, R&D, Marketing and Chefs as well as external collaboration with distributors, PR and marketing agencies - in order to execute the annual trade plan,
Leads the coordination of all details related to fair shows&events (logistics, setup, follow up, online and offline communication),
Analysis of market performance, local trends, consumer behavior, competition’s actions and customers’ feedback in order to generate new marketing campaigns & product development initiatives necessary to meet customers’ needs,
Takes lead, together with Sales, to effectively put in force commercial plan and gain market share with different brands and product segments,
Organize and Manage all Commercial & Strategical Processes in Chocolate Academy Istanbul :
Based on the Group’s communications strategy, develop and drive impactful corporate communications activities with various key stakeholders.
Bachelor / Master Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Communication or similar
Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken
5-10 years of experience within a similar role in a multinational company preferably in the food industry
A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
Strong experience in digital marketing and e-commerce
Communication professional with a network of key media and journalists
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge or specific business understanding
B2B food sector good understanding
