Work with HPS Sales, to develop sales initiatives and promotions sought at installed base customers and deploy sales initiatives activities within the team in Bucharest
Inside Sales specific targets - Deliver per annual sales plans for up-selling periodic contracts, additional software and services
Establish sales engagement process with installed base customers (telephone, email and via the web)
Prioritize leads that are developed as opportunities in SFDC.
Tracking and reporting on the sales opportunity pipeline in Siebel
Forecast Discipline - Helping to forecasting sales revenues monthly. Complete win / loss reports for projects in a timely fashion
Leading Proposal Process - Organizing and leading internal RFQ / proposal review and pricing / bid strategy meetings for all inside sales led campaigns
Business Development / Working with Account Managers and Sales Specialists - Nurturing of marketing and driving demand generation / qualified sales leads;
Upsell software based renewals, upgrades, engineering services and software.
Educated to a minimum of University Degree level or equivalent (preferred in Electrical, industrial, automation engineer or computer science)
Postgraduate Business Qualification is a plus
1-3 years of DCS, SCADA automation systems experience
Ability to travel in and out of country
Ability to see opportunities given a customer installed base.
Technical Sales background or Technical telephone support background
Some exposure to customers requiring services for technology / automation install base is a plus
Working in an international organization across multiple cultures, time zones
