  • University degree (preferably business administration and economy faculties)
  • Min.5 years of sales experience in e-commerce or retail sectors
  • Analytical thinker, result oriented, high achiever, good team player
  • High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Good in English communication
  • Good command of MS Office applications, especially very good in Excel
  • No military obligation for male candidates (completed or exempt)

  • Manage a team of sales executives and their sales pipelines
  • Optimize and improve seller recruitment process
  • Monitor market dynamics in your area and take proactive steps to stay competitive
  • Decide on the seller strategy along with category teams

  • Take responsibility from day one, improve your skills and learn continuously.
