who will work for Sandvik Mining and Rock Technology division.
Your profile :
Bachelor / Master Degree in (Technical) Engineering or equivalent experience in the sector
3-5 years of professional experience in similar business
Good knowledge of written and spoken English
Able to travel throughout Turkey and abroad
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent Planning and Organization skills
Troubleshooting ability with strong diagnostic and problem solving skills
Customer focused personality
Knowledge of all or some products would be an asset
No obligation for military service for male candidates
As a Parts Sales Support Representative, you are responsible for providing value adding parts & services solutions and maximizing parts & services business opportunities for the Product Lines Underground Drilling, Surface Drilling, Load & Haul Machines and Spare Part by bringing the best of Sandvik’s offering to meet a given customer need and meet SMRT profitability targets.
A list of some activities both from Sales and Service perspective is mentioned below.
Experience in Underground Drilling, Surface Drilling, Load & Haul Machines and Spare Part would be an asset
Analyze own market and identify potential customers for defined products and applications
Maintain and develop customer relationship, sensitive to potential business opportunities
Know and understand the customers’ equipment and fleet requirements
Assess technical issues with all Sandvik products and prepare / submit quotations for small to medium expenditure for account manager
Develop and pursue sales opportunities for Aftermarket products and service
Develop customer call plans to maximize customer visits
Partner with customers to provide solutions with respect to aftermarket parts, service and consumables
Monitor parts usage patterns
Maintain an up to date knowledge of the local market and competitor conditions
Conduct monthly reviews of account status
Achieve budgeted revenue
