Improve product capabilities with new services related to best customer experience
Define processes and use cases for each functionality
Design and optimize cross functional sales journies according to business requirement.
Identify the business and system needs for digital payment systems
Ensure the coordination among stakeholders of the projects and working in coordination with other departments, and all third parties or strategic business partners to deliver the projects on time with an amazing customer experience
Manage all processes & distribution network
To sustain relationships with internal / external stakeholders to ensure their full support for the related services.
Direct responsibility to achieve annual financial targets
o Develop forecasts for KPI’s
o Prepare development plans according to fiscal year targets
o Tracking main KPIs’such as monthly active user, download, transactions and volume
Apply the regulation significations into business, in a commercially profitable way
Share findings on global and local market trends to determine customer needs and insights and analyze competitors products and communicate competitive threats and opportunities
Constantly look for new partnerships and business models to increase overall business performance and profitability
Experience in at least one of the following products is a must; credit cards, pre-paid cards, POS, other payment systems
BSc. degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a relevant field; MSc / MA will be a plus
Minimum 5 years of experience
Product management, new product roll out knowledge
Project management and analytical thinking
Ability to think creatively and strategically to turn new technologies into commercially successful products
Strong analytical and problem solving skills involving significant and detailed analysis / interpretation
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Through understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
Strong ability in planning, reporting and analysing
Strong Inter-personal skills both in Turkish and English
