Job Description

Executing all customer service related reports from internal data bases,

Generating data based operational excellence insights for customer service improvement and influencing business development projects,

Take an active role in global service level reporting transformation project,

Supporting service reporting development requirements via information technologies,

Developing data analysis tools via both internal and external sources of technology such as; Oracle, SAP BI, Excel, SQL,

Maintaining all service and loss tree data including route cause analysis in required details,

Analyzing service related KPIs and preparing monthly reports to feed local and global contacts,

Fulfilling service root cause analysis templates and aligning with stakeholders around mitigation plans in weekly and monthly cycles,

Preparing service improvement plan presentations and participating in weekly performance meetings,

Leading order fulfillment IT improvement projects to support continuous excellence in service.

Qualifications / Requirements

Min 2 years experience in data analytics and or information technologies

Bachelor degree, preferably; engineering, information technologies or business administration

Excellent command of English

Advanced analytical thinking, communication, presentation, stakeholder management skills and intermediate excel knowledge

A track record in developing & implementing continuous improvement in service and improved outcomes in supply chain is an asset

Coding, SQL, ERP systems knowledge is an asset

Relocation Eligible : Eligible for Standard Relocation
