POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a dynamic individual to manage the day-to-day operations in a biotechnology environment.
The successful candidate will be able to be flexible with exceptional multi-tasking skills to manage competing priorities.
In this critical role, you will support local management team and quality activity for Turkey. This position requires great attention to detail, organization, and professionalism, and the ability to maintain an efficient business environment.
This new role will be split 50% in quality activities and 50% as office assistant.
Answer phone calls and direct calls / faxes / courriers to appropriate parties or take messages
Support organizing company events & meetings, being also in charge of travel arrangements and communications within the global travel policy
Help maintain customer database, supporting at the same time weekly customer delight calls
Support all departments with the QA process updates, taking as well the role of internal & external auditor
Keeping track & sharing of daily planing of all employees activities
Support the Quality Team and all departments to ensure the compliance of the Quality Management System, as required per ISO 9001 Standard.
Participate to the audit program, in realizing internal and external audits
TO SUCCED IN THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
At least 6 plus years office management experience in a multinational environment
Demonstrated flexibility and professional maturity to readily understand priorities and anticipate needs.
Must be highly proficient in Microsoft office including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint along with experience setting up systems and databases.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills including attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-
task with a willingness to perform a wide range of tasks including working with confidential information.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high standard of confidentiality
