We are seeking a Payment&Collection Solutions Expert with the will and ambition towork in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading DigitalTransformation in Turkey, reporting to Payment Solutions Manager ofVodafone Turkey.

  • Deliver companywide High Level Solution Design based on high level business requirements
  • Provide technical and financial (CAPEX) information including effort estimation, constraints and dependencies; highlight potential risks and offer alternative solutions
  • Execute RFQ / RFIs when it’s required in projects and evaluate vendor technical capabilities against business requirements to identify products and / or services
  • Ensure solutions are developed in line with Group and TR technology strategies and roadmaps
  • Prepare and present solution for IT Architecture Board, manage resource estimation feedbacks from transformation and MSP vendor
  • Deliver companywide detailed functional & technical analysis against detailed business requirements based on functional & technical solution design defined during feasibility phase,
  • Handshake with stakeholders on scope, deliverables and technical analysis phase timelines,
  • Provide resource estimation, constraints and dependencies; highlight potential risks and propose alternative solutions if high level requirements are changed when it’s detailed,
  • Ensure the delivery of all projects in scope and assist the delivery to be on time and on budget by monitoring outputs during delivery phase with development and test teams,
  • Ensure alignment and integration with overall Group and TR technology strategies and roadmaps,
  • Deliver internal training to create project awareness in development, test and support teams after technical analysis phase is completed,
  • Execute RFQ / RFPs when it’s required in projects and evaluate vendor technical capabilities against business requirements to identify products and / or services
  • Ensure all products, services, solutions developed in line with Group and TR technology strategies and roadmap
  • Ensure product / service documentation is complete and up-to-date
  • Maintain product roadmap and design new products or services in accordance with business requirements, market needs and trends, changing standards& technologies and other technical and commercial requirements
  • Deliver Technical Requirement Specifications for new products and services, monitor outputs during delivery phase with development teams
  • Provide technical consultancy for overall system architecture and contribute to detailed design of new products and services
  • Deliver and maintain Product Documentation (Product Description, Product Presentations, Feature Lists) and coordinate product related documentation by related departments (User and Admin Guides, Documents related with platform scaling and deployment configuration)
  • Deliver product benchmarks, dependencies and restrictions
  • Evaluate and identify products (hardware and software) and services to be provided by 3rd parties, prepare technical requirements for these 3rd party solutions,
  • Follow new technologies, features and standard bodies with their usability, compatibility and interoperability matters in line with company strategies,
  • Provide technical consultancy to business team to clarify and normalize business requirements together with the team during functional, technical feasibility phase and execution
  • Assist and support business team to identify project sizing,
  • Provide technical consultancy to stakeholders for related technologies, products, service features, overall system architecture and 3rd party systems and solutions,
  • Assist and support Business Departments on consumer and corporate propositions before and during business requirement definition phases, during project implementations,
  • Contribute to evolve effective technology strategy,
  • Assist and support Technology Departments in terms of operation, planning and maintenance of products and services,
  • Deliver internal training if required to create awareness for products, services and platforms
  • Manage relations and cooperation with Group R&D, VTN and VT-IS,
  • Contribute to Group business and technology plans,
  • Provide information and know-how sharing,
  • Support cooperation and joint projects,
  • Follow up Group IT implementation recommendations

  • Graduated from Computer Science or similar discipline
  • Strong technical background and design experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in related areas
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong understanding of software development process

  • Strong business orientation with strategic and analytical skills
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
