The Production Coordinator will help set up projects for the creative department, including videos, end cards, interactive & playable production requests.
Tasks may include but are not limited to working with account managers and creative leads to set up projects in
Salesforce, organizing assets, vetting designer work, helping with video / design edits, wrapping ads within AdColony’s proprietary ad builder, and coordinating delivery.
This person is a detail-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to work with other departments within the organization to complete top priority projects.
Coordinate Creative Production : Work with different departments within the company to produce videos, end cards, interactive & playable requests, give and implement feedback, research best performers and strategy, act as project leader for the team
Vetting Assets : Organize client-provided materials to ensure the best package of client assets to pass on to designers and video producers
Reporting : Help compile reports, review production metrics, and sync regularly with stakeholders and global team; act as a subject matter expert with the ability to articulate capabilities
Ensure project delivery : Manage and coordinate creative projects, timelines, and creative deliverables
