The Marketing Associate will have the primary responsibility for the EIMEA Paper Converting, Graphic Arts, Rolled Paper and Tips and ACS (Adhesive Coated Solutions) market segments in our Hygiene, Health, and Consumable (HHC) global business unit.
This position will report to the Strategic Marketing Manager based in the U.S.
The Marketing Associate will closely collaborate and work with the HHC Strategic Marketing Managers for the relevant markets, the EIMEA Regional Marketing and EIMEA Marcoms Manager, pricing, product line management, commercial teams, and R&D teams.
The role will be office based in Gebze, Turkey.
Develop and execute the regional marketing plan and activities required to support the strategic marketing plan and segment leader plan for the EIMEA market segments they are responsible for
Understand and follow market trends and feed these to the strategic market managers
Lead and coordinate project management of the stage gate process for new product development
Lead and coordinate new product launch marketing activities for the converting markets such as gathering voice of customer (VOC) and product requirements, creating value proposition statements, market segmentation and creation and execution of marketing campaigns
Manage HHC customer or industry related events for the market segments (trade shows, conferences, open days at our HBF facilities, etc.
Work with regional marketing and commercial team members to identify event needs and support the execution within the budgeted spend for the event.
Create marketing content and sales promotional materials according to brand guidelines : Support the converting commercial teams with product sell sheets, sales presentations, and work with the EIMEA marcoms specialist on digital promotion including blogs, animations / infographics and other relevant social media campaigns
Gathering and communicating success stories / best practice internally and externally
