Job Description :
Plan and implement marketing strategies for a product in rare hematology disease area and develop the Sanofi position and image in the relevant market segments to meet the immediate sales, profitability objectives and long-term development objectives.
Prepare marketing plans analyzing the relevant markets and defining long and short -term qualitative and quantitative objectives.
Manage communications with other peers and all strategic partners to ensure business objectives are met.
To communicate the product marketing strategies to cross functional teams through periodical meetings; to ensure cooperation regarding the strategies and to monitor the results.
To monitor the innovations, market developments and competitor activities regarding the product(s) he / she is in charge of;
to keep the product vision dynamic in accordance with the market conditions; to develop projects to take benefit from opportunities in the market.
Required Qualifications :
Fluent written and spoken English
Experience in marketing in pharma industry
Creative, strategic and analytical thinking
Effective presentation skills
Strong communication skills
