Job Description :

To identify new opportunities and retain existing major accounts by focusing on developing lane segments, specific markets, products, routes or regions that target global business needs

To work and coordinate with Area Sales Managers on target accounts specific to new International Products and Services

To act as client advocate during pricing development, work with the Marketing group to develop pricing / proposals

To present and review proposals with clients, negotiate pricing and advise clients during the decision-making process, sell the value of the solution and the organization's business experience and ability to deliver

To obtain client commitment and agreement to proceed with project; monitor accounts to identify and address changing client needs, oversee client relationships and channel customer feedback

To work with operations to resolve client issues / concerns

Qualifications :

2+ years Sales Experience ( preferably experienced in logistic industry)

University degree is obligated,

No military obligation for male candidates,

Advanced MS Office Applications,

Driving license; with at least two years driving experience,

Proficiency in English (oral and written)

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Ability to initiate and develop relationships both internal and external of the organization

Ability to meet deadlines and targets - planning, prioritizing and controlling own workload

Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure in a demanding and stressed environment

Ability to work on own initiative

Teamwork, flexibility and self-motivation, and ability to manage complex activities

Open-minded to changing targets, results oriented

Maintains a winning attitude under all circumstances
