Job Description :
Contributing to the Trade Strategy in terms of Channel and portfolio mix, Commercial policy and Pricing (Pricing strategies / structure / management )
Managing, improving and maximizing the effectiveness of Trade investments in conjunction with Business Units and Functions (Finance, Supply Chain etc.)
Contributing to deployment of yearly Commercial Policy and monitor its compliance.
Monitoring return on trade investments including via the Revenue Management tool, Promo Bench marking tool and Retail price monitoring
Perform robust analysis that provide greater visibility of the value chain economics (pricing, commercial conditions, trade margins) and bring insights to actionable commercial strategies that deliver absolute Gross Margin growth
Establish RM capability in the affiliate so it becomes a way of working and thinking across the teams including delivering training sessions, running and facilitating Trade Investment and Pricing related workshops
Develop new methodologies, ensure their deployment and on Trade Analytics & Dashboard
Managing global and regional Trade projects along with implementing global best practices to business environment and market reality at country level
Bachelor's degree from reputable universities,
Minimum 3 years of experience,
Advanced level of written and spoken English,
Good communication and negotiation skills along with analytical thinking and agility,
Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills,
Attitude in team work and alignment
