We are currently looking for a Customer Service Executive - Romanian Speaker to manage the operations for our fast growing startup which is based in Ä stanbul .

You Are

  • Able to communicate clearly and succinctly;

  • You Have

  • Fluent levels in both Romanian and English and preferably in Turkish;
  • The ability to work with flexible working hours;
  • Relevant Bachelor or Master’s degree;
  • 1-2 years experience in customer service, content editing, translation;
  • Proven strong communication skills in a business environment : telephone communication and written communication.
  • You Will

    You will do everything : from customer service to testing and translations, with a focus on building a strong network of professionals.

    You will provide a high level of customer service and you will manage all communication with customers and pros with excellence.

    You will be solving problems that have never been solved before, so no one will be able to teach you; you will think, try, fail, repeat, and win.

    You will collect essential content by contacting providers and Product Management teams directly. You will ensure that high-quality content by conducting regular website checks.

  • Your job will transform several times. Initially you will be taking over simple tasks as a way to learn the ins and outs of Armut;
  • but quickly you will be expected to go beyond, look and see what can be improved and bring your unique contribution to Armut.
