    MISSIONS :

    EVENT : Support the Marketing Manager for event execution in the Turkey market :

    Work with the EMEA region to support the management of the event strategies between all involved parties (use influencer event as a media, use retailtainment to develop increase traffic offline and services to increase customer purchase repetition)

    Work on Turkey event strategy for key launches & occasions throughout the consumer journey

    Strengthen Global / Regional event concepts to make it locally relevant

    Manage events of different types : openings, influencers events, masterclasses, workshops, retail events

    Look for local opportunities to express the brand DNA and increase brand awareness & desirability (beauty / retailer / music festivals)

    Work in a 360 spirit with all relevant departments (PR, Consumer engagement, Online, VM, Retail Operations)

    Brief and Manage the agencies for all events projects

    Maintaining events recap, templates and presentations

    Competitive intelligence on local competitor activations

    VISUAL MERCHANDISING : Work in team with marketing in proactive way to guarantee that all VM tools are set accordingly on existing, new doors openings and renovations for the Turkish market :

    Manage all instore activities : new collection, commercial activities from start to finish (can be from assets adaptation and production to implementation in store) in line with the marketing plan and regional recommendations

    Define VM strategy with action plans and timings for each major launches, respecting required timescales and deadlines.

    Coordinate occasionally VM production assets with local supplier and ensure quality and timing deliveries on counter

    Responsible for lightbox and video rollout on all our counters (orders, installation, timing and budget)

    Follow up VM offerings, place VM collaterals orders and make sure that the tools arrived on time and meet on counter dates.

    Control the budget for each project ensuring it is in line with the annual spend guidelines

    Ensure that all VM initiatives, updates and VM tools are implementing

    Support the store designer on all new opening and refurbishment requests

    Coordinating counter maintenance requests

    Maintain consistently high visual standards through regular store visits during launch period to ensure guidelines are implemented

    Communicate regularly with field & regional team

    Competitor analysis / / Identify best practices to scale (locally & regionally)

    Fluent English needed

    Sensibility in the cosmetics universe

    Proactive, well organized, detail oriented and ability to work under tight deadlines

    Creative, ambitious and motivated

    PPT skills, you will work on many presentations

    SPECIFIC EVENT

    3 years’ experience in an event agency or in the event department of a brand

    Involved in event organization, influencers, beauty trends

    SPECIFIC VM

    Previous experience in visual merchandising needed

    Illustrator / indesign / photoshop will be a plus
