Responsibilities

  • Execute the sales strategy / target, as well as plan and carry out the sales forecast and the business plan within the area of responsibility
  • Cooperation and teamwork with technology to establish high performance teams to develop innovative products and services
  • Negotiate and maintain contracts within the authority taking into account the guidelines and margins
  • Monitoring of contract conditions, payment terms and sales figures
  • Generate the necessary reports to consolidate the inventories
  • Execute customer claims to provide optimized sales
  • Managing order to cash process
  • Qualifications :

  • University degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar area
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in sales function - preferably in chemical, packaging or consumables industry
  • Strong negotiation skills and analytical problem solving ability
  • Team player, dynamic, goal oriented, highly flexible and hardworking
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills
  • Have no obstacle to travel
  • SAP knowledge is a must
  • Fluency in English
