JOB PROFILE

  • Conduct a regular communication with the customer, maintain the balance between customer satisfaction and site-KPI’s (such as stock policy, capacity utilization and planning)
  • Join the Sales & Operation Planning meetings to assure that the targeted sales being realized on time, customers being treated fairly at site level and to be aware of any development that may impact sales in the future.
  • Support the product-launch process under the supervision of the Sales Manager. Assure the system set-up is ready and the ordering / financial / physical flows are in place for the new launch.
  • Support the artwork process and optimize the leftover stock in case of artwork revisions.

  • Control the incoming Purchase Orders delivery feasibility (such as commercial conditions, availability on-time-in-full) in coordination with Customer Service department and follow up the process until the Purchase Orders are delivered in line with the customer requirements.
  • Manage the invoicing of technical studies (such as development milestones, stability, destruction, royalty etc.) and Follow-
  • up overdue invoices by taking necessary actions to collect the payment as soon as possible.

  • Prepare the monthly sales forecast based on the firm orders and shipment plans and Follow up the actual sales figures and prepare monthly budget-realization reports.
  • Assure the customer to respect the frozen period in their demand planning process. Follow up the customers’ yearly demand and take necessary actions in case of any deviations from their targets.
  • Work in harmony with Pharma Sales team outside of Turkey and other Sanofi sites supplying Pharma Sales customers
