Summary of Responsibilities :

  • Liaise with the Talent & Culture Director in developing and implementing Leadership, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management and Training related programs and issues.
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual Talent & Culture Budget and long range plans in conjunction with the Director of Talent & Culture.
  • Supervise the accurate preparation of all monthly Talent & Culture reports and to ensure timely submission to Finance and Head Office.
  • Execute the recruitment process by taking charge of personnel requisitions, replacements, promotions, transfers, deployment, redesignations and resignations with reference to the payroll and headcount budget.
  • Carry out different recruitment methods such as media advertisements, through hospitality institutions, employment agencies, executive search and internal notices to meet the manpower needs of the company.
  • Oversee the proper administration of the company’s reward and recognition programme.
  • Assist with the resolution of staff issues and building good interpersonal relations and assist employees who raise concerns.
  • Ensure that all staff and management personnel files are updated through regular filing
  • Conduct training as and when required.
  • Comply with the company and departmental policies and procedures at all times.
  • Report any hazards, risks, accidents as required. Adhere to all rules and regulations as set out by the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
  • Collate all completed employee paperwork and file accordingly and carry out any administrative task as required.
  • Manage the employee database and updates accordingly.
  • Carry out any other HR related duties as and when assigned by the Management of the Company.
  • Ensure all directions are followed out at the request of any level of Senior Management.
  • Main competencies :

  • Education : University degree preferably in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Hospitality Management.
  • Knowledge / Languages : Preferably master in Payroll Management. Be competent in using LOGO or equivalent systems. Advanced in MS Office Applications.
  • Good command of English.

  • Experience : 3- 5 years experience in the field of Human Resources.
  • Capabilities : Strategic Judgement, Analytical Thinking, Strong Interpersonal Relationships, Professional Ethics, Passion Driven, Results Oriented, able to work as a Strategic HR Partner.
