  • Management of lease contracts under IFRS16
  • Reconciliation of lease contracts periodically with SAP REFX and legacy systems.
  • Review of IFRS16 valuation postings
  • Perform SOX Controls in accordance with IFRS16
  • Reconciliation of IFRS16 balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Investigates and resolves problems associated with processing of lease invoices and contracts
  • Lease accounting adjustments posting as timely, accurate and complete relevant legislation and company procedures and ensure that, in accordance with the policy
  • Performing month-end closing activities and reviews (prepaid lease expense, monthly expense, etc)
  • Preparing periodic period-end lease reports
  • Performing other balance sheet reconciliations of the relevant accounts under responsibility
  • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
  • Support Internal and External Audit in terms both of lease accounting and IFRS16
  • Performs other duties as required to support lease accounting

  • Bachelor degree from Business Administration, Economics, or other Accounting / Finance related departments,
  • At least 4-5 year experience in accounting / reporting, preferably in multinational production companies
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP (RE-FX)
  • Knowledge of accounting rules (both IFRS and local tax), regulations, policies and procedures that is reflective of the company
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • English knowledge
  • Professional accountancy qualification (SMMM, CPA) is a plus
  • Competency in MS Office applications
  • Analytical thinking, team work skills, self-motivated and well organized
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Open to change and willing to learn new skills
