WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION :
In this position, you will get to :
Drive sales and profit growth of Schroff products and responsible for sales strategy execution;
Make sales & development plan, to analyze and summarize sales specialty and market discipline, find more selling points;
Improve market share rapidly, make nVent / Schroff brand leading in the market for each product category;
Be responsible for the new customer development, establish perfect key customer files, facilitate key customer orders, maintain good relationship with our customers with continued satisfaction of products and services;
Cooperate with German HQ or any other facilities for orders follow-up, develop reports for full control on orders & sales, contact with Technical Managers and FAE to guide and manage our sales & orders;
Visit potential and competitor customers to do market survey, analyze price, model, function, appearance, selling points, policy, service of our competitors, making instant consistency strategies to facilitate process improvement, R & D and product localization process.
YOU HAVE :
Academic background in : Bachelor Engineering degree or above in Electronics, Electrics, Communication or Computer Science.
Previous experience in or with : 3-5 years of work experience in Electronics, Electrics, Communication or Computer Science.
Knowledge of SAP; Preferably worked in Defense, Cabinets / Enclosures, DNS market or Electronics markets.
Skills / Qualifications / Knowledge : High Teamwork spirits with good communication and interpersonal skills; Customer service oriented, high level of accountability & positive energy and attitude;
19’’ cabinet’s sales background and good knowledge of DNS market is preferred. Defense, Data Center & Railways market knowledge.
Good knowledge of SAP or other ERP’s. Strong marketing & sales sense. Time management skills. Result-oriented, strong analytical problem solving.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, eager to learn and take responsibility. Good command of English & German both written and spoken.
Male candidates should have no military obligation. Driving License, with no restrictions for traveling abroad.
