Required Qualifications :

  • University graduate,
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in related area, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry,
  • Must have good SAP and Excel knowledge,
  • Accuracy and attention to detail,

    Organizational skills,

    Ability to work within a team,

    Ability to meet deadlines,

    Job Description :

  • Conducting entries of sales order to the system completely and precisely,
  • Monitoring customer credit and stock availabilities of customers and delivery of necessary information to the distribution center,
  • Creating solutions to prospective inconveniences and problems during processes from order to dispatch with a proactive approach,
  • Monitoring and completing order process starting from dispatch until receipt of customer to increase customer engagement,
  • Conducting reporting requirements of order related processes,
  • Handling and responding all business related queries received from customers via either telephone or e-mail,
  • Meeting customer demands by serving necessary feedbacks and guidance, taking relevant actions to ensure customer engagement,
