The purpose of the role is to be an HR partner to the Turkey Team. In addition, the role will be involved in executing HR Policies and practices that enable the company to meet its strategic and operational goals.
The role will provide a generalist HR service, including employee relations, recruitment, development and performance management to Turkey Team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
To lead and drive development of HR policies, processes, and values that are both compliant with legislation and match best practice, that make SCJ successful and a great place to work, including obtaining external benchmarks where appropriate.
Provide comprehensive, proactive HR partnering service to Turkey Team.
Coordinate annual merit review and grading review for Turkey Team
Oversee management of contracts with third party suppliers (eg Car Fleet, payroll provider, healthcare broker, Pension administrators, Assurance / Insurance Advisors, legal advisors)
Manage submission to Great Place to Work Institute and drive organizational change to ensure continued success
Liaison with COE teams
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies :
Previous HR experience (5 - 7 years)
Previous experience with HR systems, policy administration, and previous experience / exposure to HR related processes and disciplines such as compensation, succession planning, recruitment, and performance management
Proficient with MS Office and Workday
Strong communication skills and change management experience
Demonstrated ability to establish trust and credibility with employees and managers
Demonstrated organizational and planning skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
Collaborative and able to work both independently and in a team environment
Strong judgment and decision making skills are required
Displays a sense of urgency and strong initiative
Understanding of local Employment law
